1. What are
your hours?
 | Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm. |
2. What if I
cannot make it in during these hours?
 |
For customers who
need to leave a car before 7:30am, a locked box is provided where
keys and a completed Work Order form can be deposited. If we have
any questions or updates, we will call the number noted on the
Work Order form right away. |
3. What if I
cannot pick up my car when you are open?
 |
For customers
unable to pick up their vehicle by our 5:30pm closing time, we can
hold the vehicle until the next business day in a locked storage
area. |
4. Do you
take credit cards?
 |
You bet. We take
Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Wells Fargo
cards…..and local checks , of course. |
5. Do you
have a warranty?
 |
Absolutely! In

What kind of cars do you work on?
 |
We work on ALL
domestic model cars and most foreign models. The foreign model
exceptions are: Land Rovers, Lamborgini’s, and other exotic models. |
7.
Do you know where I can get a rental car to use while you are
working on mine?
 |
Yes, we can
assist you in securing a rental from Enterprise Car Rental.
Enterprise will come pick you up –or- deliver your rental car
right here to the shop. |
8.
Do you offer a shuttle service?
 |
Yes, a local
shuttle service is available for all our customers during regular
shop hours. |
9.
You guys are so nice... I want to send you an expensive gift. What
address shall I use?
 |
